It is said that 80% of most sports is mental. If an athlete is physically ready and wants to play a sport but is not performing up to his or her peak, they might want to consider hypnosis. A hypnotist will work with the athlete on focus and concentration, relaxation, motivation, sage fright, being psyched out, getting rid of a glitch, or preparing for the unknown, such as changes in enviornment.
Most athletes need a relaxed focus. Their muscles must be relaxed enough to be agile for their sport and their minds must be "in the zone" focused.
