Q. Will I reveal any secrets? A. A person will never reveal anything that they don’t want to reveal because they are in total control at all times and totally responsible for their actions. Q. Can I get stuck in hypnosis? A. No. You need to have a consistent dialog to remain in the hypnotic state. If the hypnotist stops talking you will either fall asleep or emerge on your own. Q. Will I lose control? A. No. You will remain in control at all times. The hypnotist at no time has control over the client. Q. Can you be hypnotized against your will? A. Essentially, all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You must allow hypnosis to happen. If you fight the process you will win, but then you won’t be hypnotized. Q. Can I be hypnotized? A. Most people are hypnotizable. There must be a willingness to achieve hypnosis and follow what the hypnotist is saying.
