Stop Smoking Program

Your body does not want you to smoke. It tells you in many ways, every day.

Identify why you smoke
Stress reducer, boredom, getting that break at work? Is it an emotional replacement for lack of love, friendship, fitting in, or lack of confidence? There are many individual reasons why people smoke and it is often not just one reason.

In your session, we will identify why you smoke and together create healthier options for smoking. In the hypnotic state suggestions will be made that will reinforce these healthy options.

Weaning off Cigarettes or Abstaining Immediately

We believe that each client is an individual and is entitled to a program tailored solely for that person. Some smokers want to abstain immediately from cigarettes and others find that too uncomfortable. For the individual that would rather gradually reduce their cigarettes until they have completely eliminated cigarettes from their lives, that is an option we offer as well as to those that want help to go cold turkey.


Weight Reduction Program

It is not about starving yourself; it is about eating healthier and smarter.

Weight Reduction Program is designed to:

Stress Management Program

What is stress? When the mind and body are in a constant state of alert. Stress is meant to be a short burst of energy so your body is ready to spring into action. Your mind becomes sharp and focused, with one goal in mind – “survival” -- the fight or flight state. When you are in this state for an extended period of time, your mind and body begin to react negatively. We live in a society where stress is a daily occurrence. We have to find ways of dealing with our stress. Fight or flight is not an option.

So it begins to take a toll on your mind and body. You need to rejuvenate and recuperate. Relaxation is a tool that helps alleviate the stress that builds up in your mind and body.

  • Step-by-step tools and techniques to reduce stress.
  • During the hypnotic state, suggestions will be made so you may revisit the relaxing state with ease.
  • Getting to the root of Stress Triggers, and reframing them.
  • Learning affirmations and positive thought techniques.
  • Utilizing imagery techniques.

Guided Imagery Sessions

Guided Imagery is a powerful tool that may be used to promote health, reduce stress, find inner guidance, enhance creativity and give you the ability to center yourself as well as assist you in making healthy changes in your life.

Many people believe that you must have very strong inner visualization abilities for guided imagery to be effective. That is not entirely true. Most people have more of an inner sight than they think. We all daydream, or think about events that have happened or that we want to happen. We accomplish that by using our inner mind. Imagery may involve one or more of your senses. The more senses you use, the more intense the experience will be. What is important is that you experience the emotion behind what you want to accomplish. How you may feel about something is just as important as how you see it. There is no wrong way; you will not fail. Some people find it easier in the beginning than others, but with practice you will find this a very useful tool.

Guided Imagery sessions may be individual for what a client specifically needs, or a group session may be done with a specific topic that will be scheduled or requested by the group. Private Sessions also available.


Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT is an energy tapping technique that allows you to rid yourself of a myriad of issues. You can use it to stop smoking, lose weight, recover from a relationship break-up and emotional hurts, relieve stress, as well as issues that may be stop you from achieving your highest goals. You really can try it on anything.

The basic premise with EFT is that ALL negative emotions are caused by a disruption in the body’s energy system. With this technique you tap on specific acupressure points while honing in to a specific problem and aspects of that problem. You then affirm a more positive outcome. Between each round, you rate your emotional intensity from 1-10. This literally lets you watch your progress throughout the session.

Athletic Performance

It is said that 80% of most sports is mental. If an athlete is physically ready and wants to play a sport but is not performing up to his or her peak, you might want to consider hypnosis. A hypnotist will work with the athlete on focus and concentration, relaxation, motivation, stage fright, being psyched out, getting rid of a glitch, or preparing for the unknown, such as changes in the environment.

Most athletes need a relaxed focus. Their muscles must be relaxed enough to be agile for their sport and their minds must be “in the zone” focused. An athlete must be able to put all distractions and personal issues aside to be completely focused on performing their sport.

Stage fright - is another issue some athletes must overcome. All eyes are on the athlete and that can be a lot of pressure.

Psyched out – an athlete may come across an opponent that throws them off. They already have in their mind that they cannot win, so they don’t.

Change of environment – If you change something in the normal routine like a different type of playing field from what an athlete is used to or a piece of equipment they usually use is changed, it can throw the athlete off.

This is not just for parents with small children but for anyone that needs quick on the spot stress reduction techniques.  You will also get a stress reduction hypnosis session.
